someone complimented me at ballet on monday.
well they asked my ive lost weight. ahha.
but i forgot to bring socks,
so i had to workout without socks. it was awkward.
i burned around 250 at dance then 300 at the gym.
and then i had to walk part way home bcuz my dad didnt hear his phone ring when i called him.
and i almost got run over!
it was ridiculous.
i didnt go to the gym today.
partly becuse i need to study more.
and partly because noone would drive me.
so i did a 10 min cardio kickbox workout.
so im assuming that 80-100 calories.
better than nothing.
doing alright eating wise.
but really need more fruits and veggies. :P
