day 1.

im staying uo late tonight but its okay.
im gonna try to run a mile straight tonight at 10
then walk another mile.
because i cant get to gym.

this is day one of the plan.
the plan to get healthy and beautiful.
i will do some kind of exercise 1-2 times a day.
will save most of my calories for afterscool snack.
[[because i eat the most then]]
im gonna bring my lunch 4 times a week.
and ill have 4 meals a day.
small breakfast, smallish lunch, smallish snack, small dinner.
and no carbs after 6.

im thinking if i do this for 3 weeks
ill be okay.

and ill only have one fast food meal per week.
or none.
thats good too.

i cant have anymore carbs tonight because its 7.
but ive had a lot to eat today
so ill probably only have fruit or something.

bleeeh. i just want this one guy.
and his ex is like really skinny.
:P. but we'll see.
he might just be a good friend to have around.

olympics motivation.

i went ice skting this morning.
twas nice.

im inspired to get in shape.
tomorrow for breakfst im having one egg omelette.
for lunch grapes and salad.
and then no carbs past 6.
i did that today too.
idk what for dinner.
but something relted to veggies and fruits.
im probably have a big snack afterschool because after that ill have dance one hour then the gym for an hour.

im gonna go do some pushups.
because its an arm day, but i couldnt get to the gym.

nothing.

havent done anything lately.
i was supposed to go to the gym today.
but i slept from 6pm-12am.
sucks to be me.
but it was well worth it.
i miss sleeping. :P
its 3 am.
i need more sleep.

junk free month.

i have a lot of hw and a project due tomorrow and its 11 pm. :P
so this is short.
im gonna try to go a month without junk.
might be hard because of valentines day.
but ill suck it up.
i will be allowed one junk meal/snack per weekend.
and thats it.

compliment. (:

someone complimented me at ballet on monday.
(:
well they asked my ive lost weight. ahha.

but i forgot to bring socks,
so i had to workout without socks. it was awkward.
i burned around 250 at dance then 300 at the gym.
and then i had to walk part way home bcuz my dad didnt hear his phone ring when i called him.
and i almost got run over!
it was ridiculous.

i didnt go to the gym today.
partly becuse i need to study more.
and partly because noone would drive me.
so i did a 10 min cardio kickbox workout.
so im assuming that 80-100 calories.
better than nothing.

doing alright eating wise.
but really need more fruits and veggies. :P
